Instead of searching, you set a Focus once — the roles, locations, and seniority range you actually want. Career Engine keeps watching for you and screens every new opening against your résumé's real requirements, not just its title. Each match comes with a 0–100 fit score and a plain breakdown of why it scored that way, so you can tell at a glance which leads are worth your time.

We don't tailor résumés, auto-apply on your behalf, or claim to guarantee interviews. The score, and why, is the product — what you do with a good match is still up to you.
