Design interior trim, seat/safety restraint, thermal, or energy conversion components alongside global GM engineering teams in a 10-week Bupyeong winter internship.
Work Arrangement - The successful candidate is expected to report to GM Technical Center Korea, located in Bupyeong, Incheon, on a full-time basis.
The Role - As a Design Release Engineer (DRE) , you will design, develop, and release components for Interior Trim, Seat/Safety Restraint, Thermal Propulsion Integration, or Energy Conversion Systems (ECS). Collaborating with global teams and suppliers, you will balance customer requirements, packaging, performance, safety, compliance, quality, cost, and timing while supporting manufacturability, validation, technical issue resolution, and continuous improvement through launch.
