Work as a Design Release Engineer intern on real interior, seat/safety, or thermal and energy systems for GM vehicles, with a 10-week program that could lead to a full-time offer.
Job Description Work Arrangement - The successful candidate is expected to report to GM Technical Center Korea, located in Bupyeong, Incheon, on a full-time basis.
The Role - As a Design Release Engineer (DRE) , you will design, develop, and release components for Interior Trim, Seat/Safety Restraint, Thermal Propulsion Integration, or Energy Conversion Systems (ECS). Collaborating with global teams and suppliers, you will balance customer requirements, packaging, performance, safety, compliance, quality, cost, and timing while supporting manufacturability, validation, technical issue resolution, and continuous improvement through launch.
