WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're hiring an Account Executive to close enterprise deals with energy retailers, and turn their customers EVs, heat pumps and batteries into flexible capacity the grid can actually use.

Every retailer in Europe knows they need to do this. Very few have done it yet. The distance between a board approving a smart charging proposition and a customer plugging in at three in the morning because the price is low is where this role sits, and it gets closed by someone who can carry the commercial case and the technical one in the same conversation. Six months from now, this seat should mean every qualified opportunity in your markets has one person accountable for it, and the pattern of what actually wins is written down rather than held in someone's head.

You'll report to Enode's VP of Revenue, who leads sales, customer success, customer engineering, marketing and partnerships. You'll join a team of account executives, working alongside customer success on the accounts you win and directly with our customer engineering managers through technical validation on every deal.

You will carry a number and shape how we sell at the same time. There is more room to influence the motion here than at a company where it is already settled, and more expectation that you will use it.
