We’re looking for an Account Manager to help sellers thrive on eBay Live. You’ll be the trusted partner guiding top sellers after they launch — helping them grow audiences, drive GMV, and become category leaders. This role combines relationship management, strategy, and performance coaching. You’ll help sellers improve stream quality, optimize their business operations, and connect their goals to eBay Live’s broader growth vision.
What you will accomplish: ● Reporting to the Account Manager Team Leader of eBay Live, this person will drive eBay Live seller success.
● Own a portfolio of active sellers and drive growth through coaching, data insights, and performance management.
● Monitor seller health and activity, including stream frequency, GMV, and engagement metrics.
