Dublin-based role with a flexible office model

Reporting to the Director, Cash, Intercompany and Indirect Tax, this role is responsible for supporting both the day-to-day execution and end-to-end process improvement initiatives across cash, intercompany and indirect tax while partnering closely with our Shared Services organisation to ensure operational excellence, strong controls and consistent process execution. The position integrates advanced global finance operations with innovative technology—utilizing Tableau for data interpretation and AI-enabled solutions to facilitate scalable process execution, high-level analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across various business workstreams. The successful candidate will combine strong accounting and finance process expertise with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, supporting strategic initiatives including global expansion, new business models, system implementations, M&A activity and finance transformation.
