About the Team The GTM Integrations & AI Infrastructure team builds the automation, integration, and AI-powered capabilities that sit on top of SevenRooms' commercial systems and data foundation across the DashOS business. Working across GTM Systems, Data & Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Strategy & Operations, the team eliminates operational friction, increases productivity, and accelerates business outcomes through intelligent workflows and internal products. Within the team, this role designs and deploys AI-powered workflows, systems integrations, and internal products that improve commercial productivity and operational efficiency across our Pre-Sales and Post-Sales organizations. We ship production AI systems that move our three north star metrics: Locations Signed, Total ARR, and Net Revenue Retention. About the Role We're hiring an AI & Automation Partner, GTM to help build the AI-powered workflows and proprietary internal tools that help SevenRooms' Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams spend more time selling and less time on administrative work. You will design, build, and ship production GenAI agents and automations on top of Salesforce, Gainsight, Outreach, Gong, and our Google Cloud infrastructure — turning narrow, well-defined GTM problems into production systems within weeks, not quarters. In your first 90 days, you will deliver two to three high-leverage AI workflows from the prioritized roadmap (examples: automated pre-call research, deal intelligence summaries, P&P Wizard automation) and help define the team's operating model, while contributing to our shared AI developer infrastructure that makes the entire team faster. You will report into the Head of GTM Integration on the GTM Integrations & AI Infrastructure team in our DashOS organization.
