Application & Support Engineer

<p>You're the technical force behind our customers: support, demos, tests and training.</p><p>Customers don't just call for a price. They want to know if their application will work, how to connect a gripper or why the cobot shows an error. You figure it out and help them move forward.</p><p>In our demo room in Ieper you test customer applications and build demos. You also train customers who have just bought a cobot.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Give technical support to customers by email, phone and WhatsApp</li><li>Build and run demos in the demo room</li><li>Test customer applications before they buy</li><li>Give training to customers</li><li>Work out the technical side of quotations: which cobot, gripper and accessories</li></ul><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>You have a technical background, for example in electromechanics, automation or mechatronics</li><li>You like finding out how things work and solve problems step by step</li><li>Experience with robots, PLCs or programming is a plus.
