Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a detail‑oriented Assistant Clinical Project Manager to support the successful execution of global clinical studies. In this role, you will work closely with Clinical Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of clinical projects in a regulated environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Clinical Project Managers in drafting project documentation and reviewing presentations
- Participate in project meetings, training sessions, and client calls
- Read and interpret clinical protocol documents
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of study milestones
- Monitor internal data flow and task completion within agreed timelines
- Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Communicate project status updates to clients
- Verify imaging protocol compliance and manage related queries
- Act as Project Manager when assigned PM is unavailable
- Mentor and support Operations team members; provide feedback to Operations Manager
- Follow up on outstanding items such as missing data or incomplete documentation
- Assist in resolving client issues and serve as an additional point of contact
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines (GCP, ICH, FDA)
- Contribute to SOP and process document updates and operational improvements
