Develop and implement innovative control strategies for Tesla's electric vehicles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of controls systems into vehicle design
Manage and track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks
Mentor and provide guidance to team members to support their professional growth and development
Analyze and troubleshoot control system issues, providing timely and effective solutions
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Stay current with industry developments and advancements in control systems technology
Work closely with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective control components
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of control systems
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the engineering lab and on vehicle testing.
Participate in project planning and budgeting activities
Represent Tesla at industry events and conferences to showcase our innovative control systems.
