Role Overview We are looking for an Associate Director to join the CMO Office and help our Marketing organisation operate as one integrated team. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Leadership Team and senior partners across King, this person will connect priorities, coordinate delivery and identify opportunities where greater collaboration can create stronger outcomes.
This is not a traditional Marketing Operations, PMO or executive support role. It requires someone with strong marketing expertise who understands how different marketing disciplines contribute across the funnel, and who can translate that understanding into clearer priorities, stronger coordination and more effective delivery.
The successful candidate will become a key engine for the Marketing organisation. They will enable marketing leaders to focus on setting direction and delivering functional excellence, with confidence that the organisation around them is aligned, informed and moving forward.
