Associate IT Operations Specialist

What You'll Do Operations & Service Support

• Work on a 24/7 rotational shift supporting business-critical systems and services.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, databases, network services, and production environments using approved monitoring tools.
• Perform first-level incident investigation, recovery, escalation, and follow-up until resolution.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with established operational procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support Data Centre operations including hardware installation, cabling, maintenance activities, audit controls, and vendor coordination.

Operational Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in and, where assigned, own operational initiatives, projects, service onboarding, automation, monitoring enhancements, process improvements, testing, and system upgrades.
• Plan and manage assigned initiatives by validating requirements, identifying dependencies and risks, engaging relevant stakeholders, and providing timely progress updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service reliability, monitoring, documentation, and automation, and contribute to the implementation of approved improvements.

Collaboration & Knowledge Management

• Work closely with infrastructure, application, network, development, and business teams to restore services and improve operational stability.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, including knowledge articles, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and implementation records.
• Share knowledge and contribute to continuous learning within the team.
