Position Title: Associate, Planning and Analytics

Position Classification: Regular; Exempt; Full-Time; 40 Hours/Week

Reports To: Associate Director of Planning and Analytics

Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or a hybrid of these two options. Ability to travel internationally to PIH sites annually is preferred

Position Overview:

The International Operations (IOps) team works in pragmatic solidarity with care delivery and university sites to ensure the reliable availability of the medications, supplies, equipment, dignified facilities, and operations systems required to deliver quality health care to those most in need. This scope of work includes international order management and administration, sourcing new items and identifying best pricing, overseeing US-based warehousing, managing international shipping and documentation, coordinating the customization and implementation of Partners In Health’s (PIH) supply chain management software, designing reports, providing support for biomedical and facilities teams, and providing technical support.

The Associate is responsible for developing actionable, accurate reports that the team can use to measure performance and communicate results. They will also monitor data quality, help develop tools for faster and more accurate data entry, and serve as IOps representative for data projects with other cross-site teams. The Associate must be detail oriented, organized, and proactive, with a passion and commitment for systems improvements, thinking creatively about data analytics, and serving PIH’s patients around the world.
