Role Description An Associate Research Consultant is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate contacts and ensuring CoStar’s property, listing, transaction, ownership, construction, and contact data is current, accurate, and complete. This role conducts daily outreach and investigative interviews with brokers, property owners, developers, investors, and other commercial real estate professionals to confirm market activity, capture missing information, and resolve data quality issues.
