You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.
Your Apprenticeship with Us
You will train at our modern logistics hub in Oberhausen, where you will work in a team with experienced electricians. A dedicated trainer will support you throughout your entire apprenticeship. In our own training center, you first practice new content at your own pace before applying it to real systems. You will learn the theory at vocational school. In addition, you will attend inter-company courses run by the HWK. After 3.5 years, you will complete your training with the journeyman's examination and become a qualified electrician.
