Job description Are you ready for a challenging role in the international world of DAF Used Trucks? Within Used Trucks, we use the HubSpot CRM platform to follow up on sales leads that come in. You will investigate which information is needed to follow up on leads more effectively and efficiently and make recommendations for improvement. What will you do?
- Analyse the current lead follow-up process in HubSpot across different European countries
- Set up a universal lead follow-up strategy using HubSpot
- Develop reports in HubSpot to optimally support the European Used Trucks sales organisations in their daily operations
- Develop a roll-out plan for the different sales organisations
- Present your findings and proposal to key stakeholders
