Work across commercial truck, fleet, and off-road equipment tires with a structured path from Service Technician I up to a senior mentorship role at a 25-location network.
Job Description The Tire Service Technician position is essential to our business. This person must be able to properly dismount, mount, balance, and repair Commercial Vehicle and Medium Truck tires. Employees will be responsible for all aspects of tire and related service and repair for off-the-road equipment (construction, earthmoving, mining, farm etc.) as well as other duties as assigned by the manager. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT -
- Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and replacements.
- Service commercial truck, fleet, and passenger vehicle tires.
- Respond to roadside service calls and customer emergencies.
- Conduct inspections and identify tire-related maintenance needs.
- Operate service vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at customer locations and service facilities.
- Follow company, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.
- Support training and development as you advance within the technician career path
