About the role

Cultivating reliable systems is at the core of how Culture Amp builds a better world of work. As our Business Systems Lead, you will be the dedicated, hands-on owner of our core revenue systems, accountable for the integrity, scalability, and continued evolution of the entire Q2C lifecycle.

This is an architect-and-builder role. You will design the technical solution, build the most complex parts of it yourself, and partner directly with Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing & Packaging, and Legal to make sure what we build is what the business actually needs. You will be the lead technical point of accountability for Q2C systems across Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, DocuSign CLM, and integrations with downstream systems.
