POSITION SUMMARY: Imperva has an opening for a Vice President of IT / Chief Information Officer. We’re looking for a professional with a strong background in IT Applications, IT Corporate Governance and Information Security who can direct our evolving IT needs. He or she will be responsible for evaluating our existing applications, technology, and processes, building relationships with business leaders, & advising the executive team on the best ways to move forward with best in class solutions. We believe that innovative use of technology is a differentiator and strategic advantage for our employees as we strive to serve our customers’ needs. You will be a pivotal leader within our company, report directly to the CFO and work closely with the CEO direct staff.
