What you'll be doing

• Lead clinical trial projects from study start-up through close-out, managing timelines, milestones, resources and project deliverables.
• Look beyond day-to-day project delivery to identify improvements that strengthen study processes, quality and safety.
• Partner with sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams to translate study requirements into practical project plans and solutions.
• Monitor project performance, anticipate risks and remove obstacles to support consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Manage project financials, including billing, forecasting, scope changes, revenue reporting and pass-through costs.
• Ensure project teams understand and follow protocols, SOPs and applicable quality requirements, working closely with Quality Assurance when deviations or clarifications arise.
• Lead, train and support project teams, creating clear expectations and encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Contribute your project and clinical expertise to client meetings, Investigator Meetings and Business Development activities as needed.
