The Machine Shop is a vital component of Neuralink’s mission to develop the world's best and most manufacturable Brain-Computer Interface (BCI). Our team of skilled Machinists play a crucial role in accelerating engineering innovation by producing high-precision robot parts, surgical components, executing small batch runs for the Brain Interfaces team, and providing design and fabrication support for Animal Care teams. As a small, collaborative group, we operate with a sense of urgency and prioritize maintaining an excellent work culture. =
Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a CNC Machinist, you will play a key role in the end-to-end manufacturing process, from programming and setting up CNC machines to ensuring the quality of finished parts through meticulous inspection.
