Lead the strategy and delivery of eBay's UK and European Collectibles programs, managing a team of two Program Managers and influencing senior leadership on new features and services for collectors.

As Senior Manager, Collectibles Strategic Programs Lead, you will lead critical programs across eBay's UK and European Collectibles business, driving the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of services, features, and programs that improve the collector experience and support business growth.
You will work with your team and cross-functional partners to foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Combining critical thinking with hands-on execution, you will turn business opportunities into impactful programs, using data and insights to guide decisions and influence senior leadership.
