Colocation Business Development Manager, Data Center Supply Solutions

Do you have the colocation data center and business background, negotiation skills, colocation sales or sales engineering experience, financial expertise, legal comprehension and technical understanding necessary to grow Amazon’s technology platform?
The AWS Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for a talented Colocation Development Mgr based in Seattle, WA, Austin, TX or IAD. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute supply solution strategies to expand our Data Center portfolio and related infrastructure. You will help develop where we go, negotiate the business contracts and deliver the infrastructure needed to provide best in market Data Center projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a real estate development, business, financial, strategic and technical background that enables them to drive engagement and develop strategic alternatives from inception to conclusion. You should have a demonstrated ability to lead and direct multi-million-dollar real estate and infrastructure transactions from inception to construction-ready. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business, markets, and technical challenges with the skill to manage complex transactions and to build and convey compelling value strategy plans.
