Commercial & Network Analytics Manager

Leap expects to more than double its covered lives in 2027, and the analytics behind both what we buy and what we sell need to scale with it. As Commercial & Network Analytics Manager, you'll build analytics and models for our Networks team, from creating drug prioritization frameworks scoring bids from specialty pharmacies, manufacturers, infusion providers and nursing agencies to building the models that guide partner selection, member routing and volume commitments. You’ll also become an expert in our Impact Analysis framework, helping our most strategic buyers understand the value of Leap and keeping the partner story and the employer savings story tied to the same numbers.This role reports into the Director of Business Operation and works closely with the Networks, Manufacturer, Growth, Engineering and Data teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

NETWORK, DEMAND, AND PARTNER ANALYTICS

• Score bids and rate cards from specialty pharmacies, manufacturers, infusion providers and nursing agencies against Leap’s price targets, and turn the results into feedback Networks uses in negotiations
• Build prevalence and volume models from claims and membership data to project demand by drug, therapeutic area and region
• Build geographic capacity models that show where infusion center and nursing coverage falls short of projected membership, and where to expand next
• Build the case for drug manufacturers: the members, volume and sites of care Leap brings them

TURN ANALYSES INTO TOOLS

• Define requirements for our 2027 buy-side tools (rate-card comparison, preferred-partner routing, price tracking, A–F pricing grades) and partner with Engineering to ship them
• Run those tools day to day and keep improving their accuracy and speed
• Replace recurring manual analysis with AI-enabled workflows that other teams can run without you
