Job Summary The Office of the CEO shapes how Equinix's executive voice shows up everywhere it's heard — across channels and to a vast array of audiences. How consistently and clearly that voice comes through shapes how employees understand the company's direction and how the market sees Equinix as a leader in digital infrastructure.

The Specialist, CEO Communications is a generalist role supporting this work end to end. This person will help draft and adapt content for internal channels, support the development of executive materials such as talking points, briefing documents, and video scripts, assist with planning and logistics for CEO-related events and company meetings, and conduct research that informs executive messaging. Social media fluency is also key — this person will help create content and understand what works across the channels where the CEO shows up.

This role reports into the team lead for Executive Communications within the Office of the CEO. The right person complements this team's existing strengths, bringing fresh creative energy along with sharp writing and research instincts. They are highly organized and detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and genuinely ambitious — someone with a real desire to learn and succeed who is open to mentorship as they grow in their career.
