Job Description: The Role: Strategy is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The successful candidate will touch nearly every area of the Company's corporate legal work, from capital markets and financing transactions to corporate governance, securities compliance, financial regulatory, and tax matters. Strategy is the world's largest corporate holder of bitcoin, and bitcoin sits at the center of the Company's corporate strategy. Candidates should bring genuine enthusiasm for bitcoin and the Company's treasury strategy, in addition to strong corporate legal skills. Location: Onsite at the Tysons, VA HQ 4 days a weekYour Focus * Growth-Centric Mindset.
