We’re looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our Accounts Receivable team in Cambridge on a 6-month fixed-term contract . This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who knows credit control, enjoys building strong customer relationships and is confident working across customer portals to manage accounts, resolve issues and support timely payment.

The role is hub and hybrid, with the expectation of working from our Cambridge office one day per week, on Thursday , to collaborate with the onsite team.

For this opportunity, there are two key requirements:

• Previous credit control / Accounts Receivable experience , including the collection of overdue balances
• Practical experience using customer portals within a credit control environment

You’ll also bring strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timescales. Experience using SAP would be advantageous, as would additional European language skills.
