As a Customer Director at Faculty, you will spearhead ambitious growth across our Public Services portfolio. Blending strategic consulting with AI delivery, you will unlock potential for UK Government departments and international partners.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to design AI solutions, navigate multi-million-pound programmes, and build trusting relationships with senior government stakeholders across key areas like the Home Office, Department for Education, DWP, HMRC, DEFRA, and MHCLG.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to shape the future of public services by turning cutting-edge AI into operational impact.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Driving sales growth and executing strategic account plans to hit ambitious multi-million-pound revenue targets across central government accounts.
- Leading complex commercial negotiations, bidding opportunities, and pricing proposals for new and existing public sector portfolios.
- Nurturing long-term relationships with senior government budget holders and C-suite stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Overseeing cross-functional delivery teams to guarantee high-quality execution of large-scale AI transformation programmes and GDS-style digital products and the associated digital service and technology infrastructure required
- Mentoring team members to accelerate their professional development while supporting scalable business unit growth.
- Proactively identifying innovative, data-oriented AI use cases that solve complex public sector challenges.
- Advising client directors on AI strategy, engineering concepts, and technical implementation to demonstrate continuous value.
- Serving as a key member of the Public Services leadership group, shaping strategic direction, driving commercial growth, and embedding customer excellence across the sector.
