Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist you will help service Tesla's North American portfolio of leases and loans. Along with acting as a primary point of contact for customers, you will also collaborate with internal and external Tesla teams to resolve any questions or concerns the customer may have. The right person for this job will be detailed-oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. A successful candidate will be ready to take on more responsibilities related to operational efficiency and project management. Communication skills are key in this role as you will be working with customers over the phone and via email.

Field and complete requests for contract modifications related to buyout requests, and transfers for growing customer baseProvide financial services customer support via phone and email channels related to various account management functionsProactively contact customers through outbound phone callsProblem solve customer escalations by collaborating with internal teams and external teamsAbility to navigate and manage workload using multiple systemsExercise independent judgement to problem solve complex customer issuesCollaborate with Tesla teammates to solve customer issues and provide excellent customer service4 years or more of customer experience dealing with high volumeProficient with Excel and Microsoft applicationsExperience within Financial Servicing RoleCustomer service experienceBenefits
