  • Help develop, review, and implement commissioning plans as needed.
  • Help coordinate and attend pre-construction commissioning meetings.

  • Inspect field installations, witness functional and commissioning tests, and conduct site visits as needed.
  • Travel to sites, client meetings, and training as required.
  • Help develop reports for leadership teams and clients on project progress, problems, and solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in MEP commissioning, ideally within data centers or critical facilities.
  • Understanding of data center systems, BMS/EPMS, and MEP building systems.
  • Experience with electrical and low-voltage equipment coordination, and with commissioning or quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with relevant design and local codes, as well as industry standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, ASHRAE).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the assertiveness to keep processes on schedule.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with contractors, clients, and internal departments.
  • Willingness to travel 50% and respond to after-hours communications in emergencies.
  • A valid driver’s license with no significant MVA points or violations.
  • Work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Experience with commissioning software and tools.
