Your Team: This role sits within the new Product Operations team, reporting into the Product Operations Lead, and is deployed onto specific high-priority initiatives as and when they arise, working alongside the Product Managers and Engineering Leads of every squad involved. You'll also work closely with the Product Governance Specialist and Product Partnership Manager where an initiative touches governance approval or third-party contracts, and you'll feed initiative-level status into the Product Operations Lead's wider portfolio reporting and forums such as the Product Development Monthly.

Your role in the Team’s Success: This is a role for someone who thrives on the big, complex, cross-cutting initiatives that don't fit neatly inside a single squad or even a single domain - platform migrations, new product line launches, multi-quarter strategic programmes that touch several product areas at once. As Delivery Lead you will own the end-to-end delivery of these initiatives, orchestrating multiple Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and squads toward a single outcome. This is a role within a product-led organisation where we need people who are focused on outcomes, not just governance and milestones.
