Job Description: Shape and lead Procurement's digital and AI strategy, translating business priorities into scalable capabilities and measurable value. Serve as the strategic connector across Procurement, Global Process Owners (GPOs), JJT, data teams, and partners, aligning requirements, experience, delivery, adoption, and value realization.
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, AI & Digital Solutions Capabilities based in Bengaluru, India. The role will define and lead Procurement's enterprise digital and AI transformation agenda, including strategic portfolio choices, agentic AI ambition, future-state capabilities, operating model, adoption, and workforce transformation. The leader will keep business impact at the center, shape enterprise-wide choices, and ensure investments form a coherent, scalable, secure, and human-centered capability ecosystem.
