Director of Educator Marketing

Course Hero is scaling, and so is our Educator Partnerships team! At Course Hero, we envision a world in which every student graduates, confident and prepared, and we steadfastly believe that supporting and partnering with the post-secondary educator community is imperative to realizing this vision. This critical and ongoing dimension of our work at Course Hero is focused on deepening our understanding of faculty needs, concerns, and the pedagogical relevance of our learning platforms as well as deepening the understanding and value of Course Hero across the academe. To this end, we are looking for a seasoned and dynamic leader who will join us as Director of Educator Marketing and lead the development and execution of high-impact, educator-focused, marketing initiatives and engagement programs.

This is a truly multidimensional and mission-driven role - you will have the opportunity to listen to educators' pedagogical needs in their quest to best support students on their learning journey, while also developing meaningful connections and sharing impactful resources to support educators' teaching practices. We realize that this position is unique, and we are open to candidates who come from a wide range of previous experiences and perspectives. However, the successful candidate will have experience working directly with faculty and administrators within higher education, a proven track record of developing new programs and initiatives aimed at improving user/client engagement and overall success, and the desire to be an integral part of accelerating the growth and success of an innovative education-tech company.

You will report to our VP of Academics and lead a small team of marketers and educators while working very closely with the broader Brand & Marketing team and other cross-functional partners.
