Director of Product , Network Processing Caribbean and Central America

Role Summary: The Director of Product, Network Processing will lead the strategy, business growth, and execution of Visa’s network processing priorities across the Caribbean and Central America. This role is accountable for developing and delivering a regional business plan that expands processing participation, accelerates adoption of network capabilities, and strengthens Visa’s value proposition for issuers, acquirers, processors, and other ecosystem partners.

The Director will translate regional and global priorities into market-specific strategies, balancing commercial opportunities, client needs, competitive dynamics, and local market requirements.

The role requires a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and the ability to connect network processing capabilities with measurable outcomes for Visa and its clients.

Serving as a senior partner to market leadership and client-facing teams, the Director will shape strategic client engagements, build investment cases, and lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through commercialization and performance management. The role will also represent the needs of Caribbean and Central American markets in regional and global product planning, influencing roadmaps and investment priorities.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
