At the center of this work, the Strategy & Operations team connects strategy with execution by driving key strategic priorities, portfolio governance, and business operations. The team helps align execution with business objectives, strengthen operational discipline, and equip leaders with the insights and narratives needed to maximize impact.
This Director will be a key member of the Strategy & Operations team, partnering with senior leaders to advance strategic priorities, strengthen technology portfolio management, and drive operational excellence across a complex portfolio of AI and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Technology Portfolio Managem ent
- Drive governance across the technology portfolio, enhancing operating rhythms, processes, and performance tracking to improve execution rigor
- Partner with Product and Technology leaders to align priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and investment decisions
- Monitor portfolio health, roadmap adherence, and delivery risks, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
