Director, Treasury and Capital Markets

Job Description: The Role: The Director, Treasury and Capital Markets will serve as a senior member within the Treasury organization, reporting to the VP, Corporate Treasurer. The role will help lead the company’s treasury, capital markets, Bitcoin, liquidity, and custody activities while providing day-to-day oversight to the Treasury team. The Director will be expected to operate as a hands-on leader who can independently own complex workstreams, develop and mentor junior team members, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, and provide thoughtful financial and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to execute financing initiatives, optimize the balance sheet, and maintain compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will bring 6-10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, treasury, or a similarly rigorous financial environment. Location: This is a fully onsite position based in our Tysons Corner, VA office and requires employees to work from the office Monday through Thursday. Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to): * Lead day-to-day Treasury execution, overseeing key workstreams across capital markets, Bitcoin operations, liquidity management, financial analysis, and Treasury reporting.
