Role Sumary We are building a global controllership function for a newly public organization. We are seeking an autonomous, high-impact EMEA Controller to serve as our first controllership leader in the region. In this role, you will own the end-to-end statutory reporting, audit execution, and digital compliance operating model across our current EMEA jurisdictions: UK, Germany, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, and Ireland . You will act as a fiduciary representative (Director/Legal Representative) for our EMEA entities, ensuring that our statutory obligations are met with public-company rigor. You will bridge US GAAP group reporting with local statutory requirements, oversee our third-party tax/e-invoicing partners, and drive process governance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
