What You Will Work On
The Benefits organization builds products and experiences that help businesses provide and manage employee benefits with confidence. Our teams work across Health Benefits, Wealth Benefits, and International Benefits to simplify complex processes, improve access to valuable offerings, and create a seamless experience for employers and their employees.Engineers in this organization partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, and external providers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions in a highly regulated space. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across disciplines, and building products that have a meaningful impact on businesses and the people they support.

How You Will Do Your Work
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $212,000 to $274,000 per year.
#LI-Hybrid Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
