Engineering Manager - Dashboard

We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Dashboard, the team helping customers get more value from the WorkOS suite and helping WorkOS grow as a business. We’re looking for a leader who is excited to manage engineers, but approaches the role as a startup founding member would.

You’ll lead engineers working across customer onboarding and growth, billing and monetization, and AI assistance in the WorkOS dashboard. The team’s work connects the customer journey from signup and integration through production and expansion. You’ll partner closely with design, go-to-market, finance, and other engineering teams to make that journey simpler and more effective.

This role offers meaningful autonomy to shape what we build and why. It’s a great fit for a strong product thinker who enjoys working closely with product managers and taking the lead on product decisions when the opportunity calls for it. You’ll have room to identify customer problems, propose new directions, and carry ideas from discovery through launch, with ownership of the outcomes.
