Who You Are
The Environmental Program Manager is a high-level leader responsible for working cross-functionally to steward the strategic direction, implementation, and health of Sila’s company-wide Environmental programs. The Environmental Program Manager will be a key member of the Sila team, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing environmental programs and interfacing with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and foster a strong environmental stewardship culture at our Moses Lake, WA and Alameda, CA sites.
As a master cross-functional orchestrator and executive, and external communicator, you will lead through influence, partnering with EHS&S site managers, R&D, engineering, and operations to embed a rigorous culture of environmental stewardship into our commercial execution.
