We’re looking for a full time People Operations Partner to join our People Operations team collaborating closely with the Senior Manager, Center of Excellence. This is a remote role based in Mexico City, Mexico, and employment will be managed through Remote, our Employer of Record.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in strengthening data-driven decision-making across the People function by delivering dashboards, compliance reports, and insights that support business decisions, board reporting, and people program strategies. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, analytical environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Teammate Success, People Strategy Partners, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and HR systems.

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, events, and calls.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared in advance.
  • Organize travel arrangements when needed, ensuring seamless itineraries and addressing last-minute changes.
  • Manage expense reports: track and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require global travel up to 20-30% of the time for team meetings, training, or company events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of related experience and a Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience), required
  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level executives
  • 5+ years coordinating high-volume global travel and calendar management across global time zones, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
  • 3+ years G-suite experience
