"Lead a Total War title through live service expansion, directing three Directors while owning the product's strategy, profitability, and player value."

Creative Assembly is looking for an Executive Producer who will be accountable for delivering one of our latest upcoming titles by leading a team of three counterpart Directors (Creative, Technical, Development), expanding into Live Service and working within the Total War Franchise platform framework.

Reporting to the VP Total War, you’ll oversee all aspects of the product delivery, ensuring player value by prioritizing features, managing profitability, and championing the overall experience of Total War in the game title and any post-launch, live products and services. You will take a long-term view of how we grow, including developing the team’s expertise, grounded in player feedback and data-informed business management.

Product Strategy & Franchise Ownership

  • Own the product strategy, commercial performance and long-term success of your project and its contribution to the Total War franchise.
  • Define target audiences, player value propositions, product vision and go-to-market approach, ensuring the product delivers both player value and business results.
  • Contribute to franchise planning, future product opportunities, platform strategy and business growth.

Product Leadership & Quality

  • Align priorities, timelines, risks, budgets and development objectives with Product, Franchise and Studio Leadership.
  • Set clear quality standards, ensuring teams understand the vision, target audience and requirements for success.
  • Use player research, analytics, competitor analysis and market trends to inform decisions.
  • Challenge and support development teams, balancing innovation, player expectations, technical constraints and commercial objectives.
  • Quantify the potential value and risks of new opportunities, then build alignment around a decision.
