Experience Designer II supports design solutioning by creating visual design comps, wireframes, prototyping, and evaluative research activities while applying user and business requirements using core Experience Design practices. This role will report to the Director of Experience Design, Customer Experience and will contribute to shaping the end-to-end omnichannel customer journey.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Chicago, IL. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce design artifacts-including high fidelity comps, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and front end annotations-aligned with brand standards, design system guidelines, experience principles, and WCAG 2.0 accessibility requirements. • Support discovery and evaluative research activities; incorporate insights and feedback into design artifacts and iterations with guidance as needed. • Apply a strong foundational understanding of user centered design methods and bring a developing point of view to product discovery within an assigned area of focus. • Partner closely with engineers to ensure accurate, high quality implementation of design solutions. • Contribute to service and systems design efforts, including ecosystem mapping and service blueprints that connect frontstage and backstage experiences. • May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
