We are seeking a highly motivatedField & Customer Quality Engineering Technicianto help drive quality improvements based on field and customer feedback, support root cause investigations, and strengthen our understanding of product performance outside the factory. The role involves managing quality-related initiatives from identification through resolution-including data analysis and reporting, cross-functional coordination, and follow-through on corrective and preventive actions. You will be expected to work with minimal guidance, juggle multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and critical thinking skills ("soft" skills) with practical experience using data tools and quality processes ("hard" skills).
