You will own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the finance systems that keep the business running. This role combines hands-on NetSuite ownership, cross-functional problem solving, and process design. You will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, People, IT, and business leaders, with the autonomy to improve how work gets done and the visibility to see the impact of those improvements.

What type of work will you be doing:

● Serve as the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for NetSuite, managing roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom fields, and custom records.

● Configure and administer NetSuite capabilities, including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Recognition, MCP, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, saved searches, workflows, roles, permissions, and user access.

● Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, People, IT, and business stakeholders to translate finance-process requirements into scalable system configurations and controls.

● Manage integrations and data flows between NetSuite and connected systems; investigate issues, coordinate fixes, and maintain reliable master data.

● Improve automation and operational efficiency through system enhancements, workflow design, approval routing, and thoughtful use of native NetSuite functionality.
