FP&A COE Finance Analyst

This is an outstanding opportunity to join eBay’s FP&A Center of Excellence (COE) and help shape the future of global Finance. The FP&A COE is a global organization established to centralize, standardize, and scale core financial planning and analysis activities. As part of the Finance vertical, this role will be responsible for delivering high-quality FP&A outcomes, strengthening financial processes, and improving the tools and capabilities used to manage investments.

This is an execution-focused role. The successful candidate will directly own and deliver key FP&A activities. The role requires someone who can combine strong financial expertise, attention to detail, operational ownership, and the ability to drive process improvements from concept through implementation.

The FP&A COE supports global FP&A teams and business units by providing centralized capabilities and specialist expertise across month-end close, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and business performance management.

The Finance COE partners closely with Global Finance and Business teams, Controllership, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate OPEX accruals and forecasts, month-end close reporting, spend visibility, variance analysis, and actionable financial insights. The team also plays an important role in simplifying and standardizing existing ways of working, transitioning activities into the COE, and building scalable tools and processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making.
