Full Stack Engineer (Life Sciences & Healthcare)

The company combines large-scale healthcare data with AI-powered analytics to accelerate drug development, clinical trials, and commercialization for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Our client is looking for a Full-stack Engineer to contribute to full-stack development initiatives in the healthcare advertising domain. The specialist will work as part of a Scrum-based team, collaborating on solution design, development, documentation, API integrations, and application improvements.
- Vue.js (or another frontend framework)
- Develop and maintain application features using .NET, SQL, AWS, and Vue.js (or another modern frontend framework);
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design and project documentation;
- Develop and support API integrations with other services;
- Contribute to application performance optimization;
- Participate in technical reviews and collaborate with the team on implementation approaches;
- Communicate with client stakeholders when needed and take responsibility for assigned tasks;
- 4+ years of experience as a Full-stack Engineer;
- Solid hands-on experience with backend development using C# / .NET;
- Experience with Vue.js or another modern frontend framework;
- Experience with SQL databases;
- Experience with API development and integrations;
- Experience with AWS;
- Ability to participate in technical discussions and work with project documentation;
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with the team;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- English level: B2 or higher;
