THE ROLE
We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will design, build, and ship features across our lending platform from the underwriting and automation engine to the dashboards our customers use every day. You will work close to the business logic that drives real lending decisions, with strong customer and engineering ownership from day one.
We expect every engineer at Fuse to leverage AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow not only to code faster, to deploy AI-powered automations and agents that make each implementation faster and more reliable: automations, agentic workflows, and decisioning components that real customers depend on.
