Governance and MDT Coordinator (Fixed Term) The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham Full time, 37.5 hours/ week Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00 (Flexibility on shift timings is required to cover out of hours MDT meetings) Fixed Term Contract until April 2027 Up to £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits package plus career development)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Governance and MDT Coordinator to join our Governance Team at The Harborne Hospital in Birmingham. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Governance, providing vital support in the day-to-day management of the hospital’s quality and risk framework, including incident, risk, and complaints management. You will also contribute to the preparation of insightful reports and action plans that support key governance meetings and drive continuous improvement. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining effective governance processes for the hospital’s Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will ensure these meetings run efficiently and that clinicians are supported with high-quality administrative input—enabling collaborative decision-making and the delivery of exceptional patient care.
