Rotate through three 6-month placements over 18 months at Swift's global headquarters in La Hulpe, Belgium, working on real business challenges alongside graduates from around the world.

What Is It? Your journey with us is designed to accelerate your growth during the first 18 months of your career.
- Start date: September 2027
- Location: Global headquarters in La Hulpe, Belgium
- Duration: 18 months - 3 rotations of 6 months
- Programme: In-person onboarding experience together with your fellow graduates, followed by structured learning, coaching and feedback, with a dedicated mentor and buddy throughout your journey.
